how did you add Ukraine to the map ???
Well... when this is possible with usage of gamecheats or releasing nations from empires - in configurations of game files this is 1) easier than make some country every new game, 2) there more opportunities for configurations, because game files are intuitive.
Basically mod started just from rewriting of provinces. But for now I can merge my mod with much bigger Ultimate 0.45 and do some reconf of that fattie for running on v 3.04 of game... but it still not released and i think in moddb not allowed, so just check homepage of this profile in nearest future.
