Will my other version auto update when I run the loader or must I install this one?

for some reson it wont work for me i put it in a folder i put in the config settings i click the mod in community and it dosnt work can you help?

Extract all the files in the zip to your UT2004 directory (should create 2 folders). Update and run the shortcut in the UETF Tactics folder to play.
