i know some like exo suits but dont know about others like that big nod reaper mech

Yes, we use the same launcher as DTA so TI will also get the same features meaning selectable starting locations and preset alliances. This will make it's TI debut in Public Beta 5 once Rampastring has the free time to make the changes.
