There is just one more day remaining for Mod of the Year 2013 voting! And as a thank you for helping us reach the top 100 for the 5th year in a row, I have thrown together a trailer for the upcoming release of Twisted Insurrection: Public Beta 5! A lot of the campaign footage was cut from the original version of this trailer to prevent huge story-line spoilers.
There is no release date set in stone for Public Beta 5, but it will definitely be released during 2014.

I dunno if this'll be better than Mental Omega 3.0, though knowing TI PB4, it'll be at least as good. The wait is finally almost over. Then we'll have to wait for PB6, unless PB5 is the last and then you finish it. Whatever you do, it'll be awesome.
They still have far too much work to do before this mod is finished. I suspect at the very least another year before they finally have everything done. ;)

PB5 should be the last beta. It's time to release the final version soon.
Public Beta 5 will indeed be the final beta. Twisted Insurrection 1.0 will be the release after that.

You have to give them time. This is just a fun hobby for the devs, they have lives, jobs, and families outside of TI. If it takes another ten years for the game to be finished, so be it, but don't rush it.
