Are the Construction Yard and the Refinery going to get new models as well?
Eventually, yes.
Will the CY still have the 3x3 foundation? If not, you'll have to edit a LOT of the missions if it ends up larger than 3x3.
It'll most likely remain at 3x3. There's no real need for it to be larger.
Looks interesting, but overdetailed to me. Also, why not use SHP laser turrets instead of half-voxrl ones.
Laser Turrets are getting replaced soon.
