It kinda looks like a Marauder Tank from Generals to me. It has a long body and two barrels. But I guess the similarities end there.
I like it, though. It definitely looks like something the Forgotten would use! It actually even looks like a mixture between GDI and Nod. (As the turret appears to have a Nod scheme.)

Yep that's the one.
It's like someone took a bucket-wheel excavator and said: "You know what? This thing would become really cool if we added some oversized cannons and plating thicker than a concrete wall."
And to be honest, they were right.
Looks like a forgotten vehicle, but there is almost no forgotten faction. It's replaced with globotech, a much more high-tech faction. By the way, why is this tank unnamed?
