At first I thought this was a remake of a map you already had. Then I looked(specifically at the small village on the east end)... and it came into focus. GDI #2. That village did it for me. Props for such an awesome upgrade, and the map was just the right size for a skirmish. Plans to do any others?
Glad you like it, and even though I'd like to do more maps like this one, there aren't really any more maps that are worth salvaging, even this one had to be mostly recreated from the ground up due-to errors. I intend to remake some TS skirmish maps though.
You HAVE to do Grand Canyon. It's iconic. I think the little civy base(top right corner of the map if I recall) that had the Vulcan Components and stuff would look good as a GloboTech facility, with an armory, a hospital, maybe one or two Vulcan Batteries, and an EMP Patriot(all active, of course).
My TS remake to-do-list is small. Tiberium Garden, Hextreme, Terrace and Forest Fires are the only maps I am interested in remaking. Grand Canyon has also been on my mind, but I simply dislike the map. :P

Trust me, as a modder, Grand Canyon is a horrible map. The first one you always test on because you're too lazy to switch to something else. :P
All right, fine. Pfft. Speaking of mapping, do you know of a way to get FinalSun to work with First Decade? I've wanted to try mapping for awhile, but Final doesn't work, as it's meant for the original TS. Is there a fan made fix, or an adapation thing, or anything of that sort?
I remember FS working perfectly fine with TFD once you fix TFD's broken registry entries (IIRC it was TFD Patch 1.01 or 1.02 that fixed them). If you're familiar with Windows Registry Editor you can fix them manually too.
Never heard of Windows Registry Error, and I'm pretty sure my TFD's on the newest patch(I've got the most recent version). The problem is that it says I haven't installed TS correctly, the TibSun.mix can't be loaded.
Oh... it isn't the most recent version. It's 1.00, not 1.02. Is there a way I can download the patch?
Hextreme? Gardens? Forest Fires? Nice! I like those maps and I would definitely like to see tem back into Twisted Insurrection.
This is remake of TS gdi mission 2. I like it :D keep up the good work guys.
