Troy: Divine Playground is back! We've been away all summer for our internships, but some members still managed to create content. Gus produced a quick video to explain where we are at, and we've got some goodies to show you as well.
Here is a WIP of the two soldiers you will play with – the Greek and the Trojan, and a render of the new long bow.
We also got some ingame screens to show. There is no T:DP HUD yet – it should be done in the next two months.
T:DP will feature dynamic music. Here are some "layers" of the music you'll hear when playing. The frenzy music will play when you're in the heat of the action, while the quiet song will play if you're just slacking off your godly duty, admiring the landscape.
Now here is the most important part of the update: we are opening some positions to work hard with us. We just finalized the schedule for our next term - the next four months - and we will need to be very productive to create the awesome final product we want. If you are accepted as a team member you will have very clear deadlines and the opportunity to give your feedback on our currently playable version.
I never expected this to be a UNI Project!
Good work, and i loved the video
wow, absolutly awsome!
Very nice! I love the video.
:O Great stuff! I wish I was right there along with you guys. It must've been a blast to show off the product of something you've worked for months on. If I was a part of the team, my head would've exploded. :D
you guys are using source for your project?? wow, that is totaly awsome. I'm thinking of going at school like that. And if we had the project on source like you guys, then i'd be so happy that i would pee my pants and burst out with tears at the same time.
