what patches are required for the original game to run this mod?
There are no patches required to run the mod. In fact we recommend to run this game with out any patches other than those designed to work with Trek Battles at all.

Do I need to download Trek Battles 2 as well or just 3 and the expansion
this looks cooler than trek battles 2, but again, im having trouble activating it. I get the tb3.exe file, run it and see my star trek legacy only to find stock material. can someone please tell me how to run this mod??
Can someone post the fix for trek battles 3. it says access violation and I can't get anything from gamefront

Make sure that you start with a vanilla copy of Legacy. No mods or patches. Specify which directory you want to install to, then barring any system incompatibilities, it should work. Keep in mind that the game and this mod are very old, all official support for this has been terminated.
You are an ***. They obviously stopped working on everything, included other things. Their web pages does not either.
