This mod will add new units to your supreme commander Forged Alliance game. This mod can be played in both single player and multiplayer. All my units will have Sorian AI support.

I will be releasing units one by one for a while. This new mod is an expansion for Total Mayhem, meaning it will ofcourse require it to run. The reason Im making this new mod is I can update it regularily without having to upload 300mb each time. I will update Mechanical Mayhem every time I finish a unit.

I will try to make the units have their own projectiles, sounds and other custom characteristics.
Im reworking the Avalanche minimod into the new unit pack, so when I start releasing Mechanical Mayhem, you will no longer need the Avalanche mod.

Also, I will from now on post work in progress pictures etc in my profile here on moddb. I want to try to keep the main page clean. So all the untextured and unfinished units will be shown in my profile.

Total Mayhem 1.18 is still on hold until Im ready to put my head into it. So for now, I will stick to creating new units for a while. Atleast I will be able to release something. :)

Also when i play it seems alot of high damage units do almost nothing, ie the percival did 400~500 damage and the monkeylord did just 300 dps, any ideas?

I dont know what programming language I use... Im guessing you dont mean language as simple as in English? its mostly simple Lua coding.
I use Oxygen to create my basic shapes for the models.
then I use 3D studio Max 9 to texture and tweak my models before importing to supcom. :)
Hmm, I never changed any original units, so I dont know :)

UEF is my favorite faction, and this is my ideal air EXP unit for UEF:
"Sky guardian",a middle size air fortress, without any to-ground weapon,and only has a little anti-air weapons, however, this unit has these functions:
1.This unit has large vision range, and very long range omni-radar(need energy).
2.This unit can't storage any planes, however, it has many engineering drones, can repair many planes fly around it at the same time.
3. It can build anti strategic missile weapon.
4. It can create a shield under the fortress to protect ground units.
A perfect support unit.

From what I can tell about the repair function in SupCom: FA, a unit can only be repaired if it's not moving. I don't think the game would allow repairs on an aircraft in motion. Still, I agree that would be a nice feature.

Are there also mods and Forged Alliance mods compatible with original SupCom? When I installed it there were just Resource Rich,some Jeffs devtest mod and Example balance mod which seems to do nothing.I've found the supposed place for mods folder in C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Gas Powered Games where the saves where.In my silly ingenuity I tried to copy FA mods into there.Now I will try to place it with FA into C:\Users\Name\Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\(Supreme Commander\mods).Also why MODDB do it so SupCom and FA are together while Warcraft and Frozen Throne and CNC3 and Kanes Wrath are separated? Also it seems ToxicFrog FA Campaign Mod enabler gives me errors like access denied and data not found.Also it seems the 4DC and Domino mod are causing me trouble.After awhile screens start to shake and fails.Maybe it can all be caused because both my SupCom and FA are..looks left,looks right...downloaded.xd

Total Mayhem wont work fully with original Supcom, Im sure of that because I use alot of FA projectiles and effects :)

the correct install path for FA mods is:
C:\Users\Name\Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\mods
or you can create a new "Mods" folder inside your Supcom Install folder and put mods there. \\SupCom Install\mods\

and about the 4DC mod, it shouldnt be because of the "downloaded" games ;)
I would go ask Domino about it if I were you. here is his thread on GPG forums:

The only way to play good games today it's to download mods made by fans, that's the sad reality. SCFA is an old game but still is one of the best playable game around, at least it's not an RTS for commercial purpose only, as all modern games are. This is a great mod with a lot of new models and FXs and they also are well balanced and playable at all. Mod releases are constant and people here have a lot of to play. Even videos, screens and words are few compared to what is released and playable…
