TikiWiki 1.2.6 First Release!
May 17, 2009 Full Version 8 commentsThis is the first public release of TikiWiki, we hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed making it.
Tikiwiki is a UT3 MOD set on the island of Ahi’Wai. Two tribes, the Sariswati (Water Tribe) and the Ignatus (Fire Tribe), are struggling as the resources they require to survive are dwindling mysteriously. They do not like conflict, and will do anything to avoid outright war and bloodshed. The tribes have come up with a system of gathering resources in a competitive nature as the elders work to find the truth behind the disappearing resources. The tribes have put forth their fastest and their brightest to help gather the resources through a fast paced junction capturing tournament.
TikiWiki version 1.2.6 is finally out!
TikiWiki has also entered the Make Something Unreal best non-fps catagory for Phase 3!

TikiWiki has made it to the finals for the make something unreal contest in the "best non-fps category". Heart Of Darkness also received an honorable mention for "best level in a mod".
Epic will be announcing the winners this week at SigGraph 2009 August 3-7th.
To all team members: AMAZING work everyone; something to be proud of.
To all who supported us: Thank you for your support, we would not have made it this far without your help.
Good luck and congratulations to all every one else who has made it to the finals.

Sorry I never got to come down and give it a try. I was at the school at the time vigorously working to finish all my finals. There was a mound of ppl at the school.
How did it go? I haven't heard much on the play testing, but I saw your slideshow. (Not the presentation though :\).

My apologies for the late response. We will be releasing a public client. The presentation went very well I think, far more people there then I thought.
As you know the school is on its 2 week break so we are just waiting for every one to get back.
Where will you guys be showing your game on March 20th? (Less vague then vac Canada). If I can attend it would be pretty neat to check it out firsthand, or if not I could always just get it from moddb (All depends on school schedule
