While 1.4 is shaping up nicely, I dicided its time to update the infos here and post the current change log... so, here it is:
basic changes for GDI & Nod so far, Scrin may follow later (still need to figure out some important things)
Basic changes:
-Superweapons dont reveal the shroud on the target area anymore (either that, or I will make them reveal again and change it so that you can see the area until the weapons have finished)
-Commandos & Mastermins heal themself if not in battle (only on lower experience levels, the healrate on heroic havnt been changed)
-Fixed some bugs with experience values: units now have to kill twice/fourth/eightfold their price to get promoted
-Improved Veteran/Elite boni and lowered Hero bonus
-Improved health of ALL harvester to 6500
Nod
-Changed Katalyst Missiles.
-Their damage wears of to the margin of the area of impact - raffineries and harvester in the center skill get killed (including Scrin harvs), but on the edge they survie in red condition
-Tiberium chain reaktions do a lot more damge (and blue Tibeirum does twice as much as green)
-Changed Dispersion Bomb
-Lowered damage from 12.000 to 10.000
-Changed damagetyp from GRENADE to CANNON
-Lowered cost to 3000$
-WF delay lowered
-Emissarys get their correct vision range while deploying
-Militants take less damage from damagetyp GUN
-Harvester now unload front side first instead of turning around
-Avatar buildtime/cost raised to 2400$/24s
-Stealth tank damage increased to 600 (from 375) (due to the lower amount of missiles compared to orginal TW, their total damage is still lower as in 1.09)
-Slightly improved Confessors
-Vertigos:
-Increased their bomb damage by 10%, allowing 4 of them to kill a tech centre
-Fixed their MG. Its now limited to attack things BEHIND the Vertigos instead of being able to turn around.
-MG damage increased b 50%
GDI
-APCs will lay their mines instandly under them, no target cursor anymore
-Zonetrooper
-Imporved their health by 1/3
-Auto Injectors heal a bit faster
-Rig
-Now takes only 50% damage from CANNON typ weapons when deployed (instead of 100%)
-Got 2 additional repair drones
-Surveyors get their correct vision range while deploying
-Rifle Soldiers take less damage from damagetyp GUN
-"Laserguided Missiles" now take effect twice as long
-Mammoth tanks dont slow down when crushing enemy units
-Predator tanks are slower
-Infantry with composite armor takes a bit more damage from flame weapons
Scrin changes follow later, they still are no way near final.
