Greetings reader,

We will be posting from our Design Documents content pertaining to our factions. The hope is to convey the current standing of each factions' lore. With such we hope to better help someone understand a faction's direction in design should one wish to contribute thoughts and ideas.

Currently the "ASI" is available, to stick with the planned development process.

Furthermore, we are considering starting a role playing game in which you the community get to further shape the story, lore, and unit designs of the mod by creating characters in the universe, with moderated events taking place.

The Feature page for each faction will serve as basic guidelines for each factions' characters and units created.

This is an opportunity to use the previously brainstormed units/ ideas and technologies in a structured environment.

If there are enough takers we can flesh out the scenario Further.

3. Krist, a. nice idea, try and post ideas in the forms, yes I know some of them are locked, moddb auto locks if inactive for some time, pm me and I'll manually unlock the thread u wish to participat ein, or just create a new topic.
b. For D51, look at the forum section for some potential direction, much of that was posted by Paracombatnent, who was brought onto the team, and has a clear direction for D51
c. No, not all the models are done. As you all can see, most of the structures across all factions are set, we have been on the unit phase of ASI for some time now, whihh is almost complete, after that its either colony or D51.
d. The issue with coding is since Umbrella Secrets is no longer with us, the new coder(s) need to be able to sort through his work, and then continue it, finding anyone who has the skill, time and dedication to do such is not an easy find, but once we do have someone able to do that, things will pick up significantly.
4. Furthermore, if the coder has the skills to create a website, that will go far, since me and Fandore have discussed potentially opening up a donation pool to allow us to get industry standard equipment for all departments.
5. Well narcoutic. 1ts hard to say, Paraconbatent is has summer now, and he plans to get some things done, some of us still have a lot to do that is non mod related, best case, we are able to get some things moving this summer, and self sustain while members rotate schedules throughout the rest of the dev cycle.
6. the other semi issue is we are largely done with preproduction, finding dedicated members that had little involvement with that can be challenging.

Sure :) uhm one more request if you don't mind. Please work for the D51 faction after the ASI!
I think D51 is much easier for you guys to work on, because colony has to have more unit idea and more complicated modeling and animations.

I have another suggestion.. give the D51 a sphere like force field which protects the base in a certain time..The enemies that cross the field will die, on the other hand...D51 units and defense cannot shoot enemies while inside the force field .

Man this mod is insane! the pics , the models ... i am not surprise the team is taking time making this mod! but this has the most potential to be a sequel to the franchise...hope this mod will be soon finished :D

hey ..maybe we can make request to the makers of other popular mod makers for the tib war to help in this project :) like Stygs, Carnius and others...maybe the community fans can help. Is this a good idea everyone? :D

Thank you for taking the time to look into our work. As for " this has the most potential to be a sequel to the franchise" That has always been one of my guiding principles,to use this project as a launching point from the heart of C&C.

As for asking the other C&C3 mod makers, I've already tried, the ones you have mentioned, and many others, they have their own projects to focus on. There is nothing quite like "your own" project.
