This modification offers an alternative gameplay to Tiberian Wars involving many Tiberian Sun units which many CnC fans (like me) missing in vanilla CNC3 and add even new my made units which you can't find anywhere else. Story is quite the same like Tiberian Wars, but is all about what if GDI and Nod do not abandon technologies they have used in Tiberian Sun era and instead of that further developed them. But it's not only that, there are many visual, sound and balance changes which I want to see and hear in my mod, new sounds, new music, new effects (like blood and gore, new infantry deaths, new more realistic missile trails) and many more.

i think the mutants need a simple vehicle e.g jeep, hunmvie or a buggy . somthing fast and mean
with an almighty chaingun on top, shreds infantry and light vehicles!!!

They are indeed based on rocket militant model. Remember mutants in TS? They were not half-naked grunts, they wore cloaks and facemasks to hide they mutations (also doesnt make sense walking trough wasteland without protective clothing). I want make mutants this way and retextured nod rocket militant fits well.
Oh, I completely forgot you changed the Nod Rocketsoldiers... So ---> completely agreed!
You should also make 3 mutant rocketiers in 1 squad (for individuality ;) ) and you also could change the minigun squad in terms of replacing a few of them with other infantery with uzis and shotguns! (I mean now they have bazookas so they can abandon some AA-miniguns...)
Or just give them an additional squad with shotguns and uzis.
