Tiberian Sun: Tacopaste Rules mod

GDI has won the second tiberium war. With most of the world in complete disarray and tiberium spreading still further throughout the world, a previously unknown leader rises to take control. Naming his group the World Uprising Coalition (WUC), the leader manages to settle differences between the other factions known to the world. A new CABAL AI system much like the old one except for more controllable, the angry forgotten people willing to fight again to get back their honour, tiberian life-forms which are promised a whole continent to themselves without disturbance, a few cities with civilians sick of the GDI vs Nod wars, willing to fight for a new order and use of the recently aquired scrin technology aboard the crashed scrin ship, seek to bring a new world order about. For good.

Feel free to leave requests for any additions to this mod you would like to see and if I like it I will try as best I can to add it to the mod but it needs to be well balanced. If you rate it please say why because it's just annoying if you don't. Please note that the WUC faction is only in V4.00 which is not released yet.
