Tiberian Sun Rising is a total conversion for Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars! Tiberian Sun Rising brings back GDI and Nod battling it out during the Second Tiberium War, retelling Tiberian Sun as never before. This isn't just a remake of the hit title C&C Tiberian Sun. It is a mod making Tiberian Sun as it should have been originally so expecting lots of new fun and originality while sticking to the feel Tiberian Sun had. Taking the mindset that this is the first time Tiberian Sun is being made and using the original game as a design concept. This mod will also include the additions made in Firestorm so it is a remake of Tiberian Sun and Firestorm as one to what they should have been.New abilities and units will appear in Tiberian Sun Rising as well as new kind of gameplay altogether.

Battlefield Update! The GDI Titan has made its way into the next stage of evolution for Tiberian Sun Rising!

Yes! Thats right!, Tiberian Sun Rising is going to Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars! Which I'm sure your all very excited to hear, with 90% of our graphical assets completed we have a strong focus on coding & development so we can bring you your favorite C&C in the latest technology without delay.

We'd like to show you our first addition the GDI Titan! Which to my knowledge is the first unit added to C&C3 other then EA with the SDK which well enjoy it I thought the Titan was worthy of being first added.

More details will follow very soon with more screenshots you can be sure! Not to mention the possibilities with the new engine are endleslly more amazing then ever before! Back to playing with the SDK for me :). At the moment the Zero Hour version is on the back burner, we feel as that the C&C3 engine is designed to handle everything we want to give you the gaming experiance will be far better handled in the hands of C&C3 SAGE engine.

here's a question: since GDI's attack vehicles are all mechs...does that mean that they can all be single-hit killed by commandos? i mean not leaving chassis, as that would be a severe balance issue, but i mean all out kill?

because the idea behind GDI going back to wheels and tracks for their primary vehicles was the whole blowing-legs-up deal...

except the mammoth mk2...it was just plain too expensive and cumbersome to deploy en masse like the mk3

Lol, no the COmmando can't C4 These

And the Cyborg Commando has a very special attack for taking on the Mammoth Mk2, has a similair effect to a C4 blast I guess... he runs up jumps on the Mk2 shoves his proton cannon into its coolant tanks overchrages his gun and fires resulting in a dead or severaly damaged Mammoth Mk2.

This was done in the ZH version to allow Cyborg Commando to be a better match against the Mammoth Mk2.

But as were in C&C3 now yes theres quite a few new considerations to take into account alot of new possibilities but we'll be completly redesiging the gameplay.

Acknowledged, full graphics from now on, as you can see with the Stealth Tank ;) I'll get some better images of the Titan up very soon too.
