Tiberian Apocalypse is a Partial Conversion for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars with the goal to create a true Tiberian Sun sequel. GDI, Nod and the Scrin are getting a complete overhaul.

also u should try and make it travel along and harvest rather then stopping at each patch(if thats possible)
TW doesn't count, because viewing from a "perspective" of Tiberian Apocalypse, it doesn't count. And in CnC all harvesters have wheels.
In RA not so much, but I'm not talking about RA.
how about you try and integrate the kanes wrath super GDI unit's code for the drive by harvest just instead of convert to cash, it loads the harvester? this way it doesnt stop at each patch, but does a constant drive by

Reminds me of those things from Gears 2. O.o or at least the front end does. (: Still though that is an epic harvester, so much better then EAs. Mostly because its longer, the way it should be :D
probably a stupid question. but other then heavy armor im guessing it wont have any kind of defense? which was kinda pointless in the original. if it does have a weapon it needs to at least be able to take out tanks by itself of course swarming would still take it out

No, that is not really possible, at least, I donno why.
Tiberium harvesters always had wheels, I'm not changing that.
In the RA series and TW, they have treads...

No, it's unarmed now, but has got a 50% HP buff (7500 -> 10000), and 20% speed nerf.
You got your math wrong. 7500 -> 10,000 is a 33% buff, not 50%
