Tiberian Apocalypse is a Partial Conversion for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars with the goal to create a true Tiberian Sun sequel. GDI, Nod and the Scrin are getting a complete overhaul.
This thing needed a rework to fit in with the Marauder, Heavy Artillery, Mobile Stealth Generator & Sensor Array, etc. Aside from the fact that by TA, the TS tick tank would have been over 20 years old. In real life terms that'd probably be 60ish years or so.
Also I'm going to change the stats slightly. Give it slightly less speed and slightly more armor.
Its not the original Tick, but it looks like a great upgrade of it, mixed with the Renegade Nod Light Tank, I really, really like this model, I always thought the sideway cannon turrets would look much better on Nod than GDI, they are a bit more unconventional and futuristic anyway.
GDI and Nod are...weird to say the least. I always found Nod to look very advanced, but yet, oddly conventional. GDI in turn manages to look conventional, but aren't very conventional at all.
Nod is a mix, it uses Mercenaries with standard weaponry (for it time, so its futuristic when in the future), poorly armed fanatics and the Super high tech Black Hand (or at least they were so in TS and Renegade). So their tactics can be very conventional at times and their units follow suit. Besides, Nod has no quarrels with massacring civilians and environmental damage, so they use tactics and weapons you would expect a developed 20th-21st century country would use in a Total War situation.
GDI, on the other hand, is composed of various countries that use standard equipment, but because they are a peacekeeping force facing a no-worries army of militants, terrorrist and mercs, have advanced their arsenal and tactics to very very powerfull yet precise and environmentally clean (without angering the media-sensitive masses they are sworn to protect but that can also jump on their backs if they see something they dont like, even if they dont understand the why or how of it).

This is totally my signature on C&C related forums. ^.^
