The Scorpion now has by default a laser gun, and can be upgraded with earthmovers, which allow it to dig into the ground.

Well, guess where TE has got it from: Precisely - Tiberian Sun. That is where I got it from too.

Too many people compare TE with TA, I like both and support every modder.

PS: The scorpion looks awesome, but maybe give it a new skin perhabs camoflage style. (Just an idea)

I do agree, and as said in the description I'm not competing with TE, not even trying to.

Naah, The one in TS didn't have a laser, it had a short Tank Barrel, and was bulkish rather than slick like the Scorpion. Overall, its the same concept as the Tick Tank lol.

The one thing that annoyed me about the digging for the tanks is that this MOD and TE don't have the tanks dig in far enough like the Tick Tanks did in TS. If you can make it so it looks like it's buried instead of just 2 inches into the ground, that would be cool.

IMO, it still needs room for the turret to move.

the dual pilot booths make it look weird

I like the what you have done with the scorpion tank, the only thing is the dual windshield, is you ask me it was a poor artistic choice of EA to give a tank a windshield to begin with, whats the point of having a tank that expose the pilot like that? (no the "bulletproof windshield" theory doesnt cut it) common sense aside I think you can do better for the scorpion tank.

Yes, quite a bit actually, also it gets a higher range.

The model is very good, but i must agree with Valherran on the fact that the tank is not actually very buried. a more buried tank would very much resemble TS, if it is your purpose naturally.

Well, the turret still needs room to rotate, that why it's not burried ;)

the Scorpion looks even worse now than it did in original C&C3

...in your opinion. Not in that of (almost) everyone else, so I'll stick to it.

PS: The Scorp in vCnC3 looked pretty awesome.

I think you need a little tossed up dirt on the burred, because it looks like it Sh00ped itself into the ground...

Asaid from that, nice work.

Huh, I dunno... doesn't quite seem right to me. The rear tracks really seem off, seeing that now that the Laser is placed like in the TWA version, it doesn't cover them anymore yet they seem to stick out even more. Especially glaring when they stay above ground when the tank is dug in!
Have to agree with what the others said too, the second windshield really looks irritating. Adding a camera or sensor array instead might be a better idea.

Perhaps you could have the tank bury entirely, with only the canon showing?

That's actually not that bad of an idea, I'll look into it.

I'm pretty sure that in the manual for TS the tick tank says it goes so that only the turret is above ground or thats how it was originally thought to be but in game they were limited at the time.

I don't like the dig in feature in TE and this looks like it i advise u make it more like the TS one. And by the TS one i mean make it deploy in to a laser turret or if u decide to remove lasers only a turet. There are a couple of reasons why advise u to do it 1st people will stop complaining it looks like TE and the 2nd one is because it will resembe TS much better IMO it will be better.
