I really do not understand these *the mod is dead* people.
Unless there has been absolutely no activity for more than a year or the people in charge do not say that it is dead, there is no need to assume it is so.
On a side note - I also do not understand the people who constantly demand a release from the modders.

With respect to Helge's work and taking up his spare time to do this. Bear in mind that we have seen the pictures and videos, it has been a long patient wait by far and I must confess even I feel that a release even a small one is all my mind can think off. I mean Helge has had set backs from files lost and ideas that he later on figure don't work. but in the end I do feel that if he decided to release the mod today, it will still be a high reward as it would be when he deems it "complete".

Looks brilliant, far better than the EA design's! Can't help but feel the crystal looks a little off though.. what does everyone else think?

Agreed. In this picture the crystal texture looks a bit matte to me, I was thinking it'd be shinier and give the impression of being translucent. Then again, I'm not sure how possible that would even be.

Oi. Will Beam Cannons on their equivalent (if there is one) still be able to power up the Obelisk?

Regardless, You've impressed us again. Keep it up. :D
