Tiberian Apocalypse is a Partial Conversion for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars with the goal to create a true Tiberian Sun sequel. GDI, Nod and the Scrin are getting a complete overhaul.

i hear you, to me an RTS is never complete unless there are large scale transports, you never go to war without some way to mass-move forces from A to B

It can't carry vehicles, the V42 is there for that role.
