No, it's lighting jumping from the pads on the tank onto the ball.
does the tank shutdown itself wen emp goes off? cus that would be a cool and realistic sideeffect
also is it continous emp till u turn it off or just 1 shot bam till u fire again?
No, it doesn't disable itself, that would be unrealistic.
Can it hit air units when it fires? For use against nasty venom spam, or carpet bombers, or heavy scrin capital ships.
If you hit the button while an aicraft flies above it, the aircraft hits the ground.
can this take out like 20 venoms at once?

Graphically that's ACE, but, what about sound?
you need something epic(if you have a epic idea already ignore this), i was thinking about the sound at the end of the startreck "reboot" film, where they dump their engine or w/e into a black hole and it makes a big blue explosion and an epic noise to go with it... bit nerdy, i know.
In theory, there should be no sound, but for now I am using the standard EMP sound.
