Thrawn's Revenge is a large-scale mod for Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It includes the events of the Galactic Civil War after Palpatine's death at Endor, up until the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom treaty. If you own the Steam version of EaW, you will have to complete extra steps to run the mod after installation. Please see the manual for these steps.

The closed beta for Imperial Civil War 1.3 has been released.

Posted by on

The 1.3 beta has been released in the Closed Betas forum. This is limited to people with 5 posts on our forums, so anyone with less than that, sorry but it's the best way we can make sure that only people who are going to actually report issues can download it. The point of these betas is to get feedback and fix errors that we didn't catch ourselves, not to distribute the release to the general public. If you're just looking for something to play, I strongly suggest you wait until the final release.

We'll probably do this for about three weeks, meaning the final release will be around February 1st. We need people to focus mainly on the changes, meaning we want feedback on:

-Redone models
-New units
-Population count reduction in GC
-Into the Cluster and Empires at War GCs
-Planet capture bonuses

The redone Golan II and III models aren't finished yet, they will be included either in a patch for the beta or in the final release.

And above all, we want people to test for the GC freezing issue 1.2 had. If you find any issues, please post them in the thread in Tech Support created for that purpose.
