Base settlement by leo.civil.uefs (twcenter.net).
Improved and made functional by King Kong.
What happens if you upgrade the walls?

That bridge is one helluva chokepoint. But the defenders will be f*cked too if they had to sally forth.

This is Lake Town right? (I am not good with names that are not as important as say Minas Tirith, so dont rage if i got it wrong)

Where is this city who owns it in the begining
It's Dale's, and it's in the Long Lake, if I'm not mistaken. It was burned down by the Dragon, Smaug, in The Hobbit.
They rebuilt though, not in the same place but a bit furthur away. The rest of the people who didn't stay there went and rebuilt Dale. Esgaroth was attacked in the war though, I belive. And so was Dale.
