Rohan is the faction that saves everybodys ***** more then once in the film trilogy.. Helms Deep - horsemen win the battle, Pelennor fields - horsemen win the battle (i know the army of the dead also helped but rohan problably still did the most)

@DontBeHasty thats only in the movies,in the books at helms deep it was rohan footsoldiers saved them, and at minas tirith it was Aragorn leaing the peoples of southern Gondor, the armyof the dead never fought

Rohan was losing the battle at Pellenor fields. Sure they had the advantage when they first charged, but the Mumakil and the Haradrim were kicking their ***. Even if they did defeat the army in the field the Orcs would of taken the entire city by then. Ultimately, it was Aragorn who won the day. Oh, and awesome Edoras by the way!

Lets not forget Gondor is in the direct line of fire from Harad from the south and Mordor to the east. Gondor is pretty vulnerable

You can easily place a full-stack army in Edoras without any movement issues. The pictures are slightly distorted - can´t really tell why - so it might appear too tight.
