Modding community: This is a mod that I created solely for the purpose of bridging the gap to Portal 2, the long awaited game we all have been anticipating. I, on one hand, could not wait for it, and downloaded as many maps as I could. Soon, I grew tired of the old ones, and waited for more. This mod is for people like me, who can't wait for Portal 2. This mod is not going to be long. There will be no storyline, and the maps are fairly short. Remember--It's only until April. I will not release any more patches to this mod once Portal 2 is released as well. I will ask for feedback from the community from time to time, for I am working alone on this. This is also my first mod, so I must know anything that I can do to perfect it. This mod will be released soon, but do not expect any more than 5 maps. Thank you.

This mod will have a new Portalgun model, as well as a new crosshair and co-op portals.

Hello! Today is a glorious day for Thinking with Portals 2. I have uploaded the zip and 7z file versions, but they need to be approved by Moddb. I am not sure when that will happen.

Anyways, I need to explain the problems/glitches with the mod. First, the maps do not auto change. To play each map, you must return to the main menu, choose 'new game' and choose the chapter you want to play. Another thing: the faith plates in the 5th chapter are a little strange. To actually launch into the portal, you must look directly into the center of the portal.

Also, since nobody actually knows how to make Portal 2 features, the excursion funnels are a little glitchy, and might drop you if you are not careful. Try to stay in the center of the funnel or move upward if you must.

Also, if anyone here is a source modeler/programmer who can create new weapons, please contact me. I also need a music creator and texture designer for my next mod. It will be on the Portal 2 engine, so keep watch!!!

I get a white screen ON EVERY MOD! then the SAME ERROR POPS UP FOR EVERY MOD:
"Can't find background image materials/console/startup_loading.vtf"
Yes i'm not precipitating in the steam pipe beta for portal, steam OR ANYTHING ELSE!

it looks like the ariel faith plates has some issues sometimes it doesnt laucnh the the player in air it launches the player in the liquid and the funnels arent very sucsesful it makes the player go up and down and the cube its inside out the funnel and also ariel faith plates doesnt launch the player
