You certainly made the most out of a very poorly made model (easily the worst in the game, in my opinion). Congratulations on what you achieved here.
A lot of the models were pretty poor in the earlier games. Still, these buggers creeped the hell out of me the first time I played it, between the clicking, weird movement animations, and just the strange silhouette of the creatures in general.
