Darkness... My body hurts! Or is it my brain? The explosion! I remember it now. Maybe I'm in a coma? Or even worst, I may be already dead... Everything is so confusing... Zombies, monsters and ghosts from the past are filling my mind... Oh God, so many memories mixed with my dreams! I can't even distinguish them anymore. What if my entire life was just a nightmare? But it felt so real... Wait, what's that sweet voice? Sounds like a nurse! THAT is part of reality, I am sure. Now if I could just concentrate on this voice and try to wake up...

It seem to be a unreleased build of They Hunger, when it was still in it's developments back then.
I heard someone on IMFDB say that this model is from Action Half-Life. I checked to verify that and while I can't rule out the possibility this is a retextured w_model, I can't positively verify it either because the screenshot is very low resolution and the one from Action Half-Life has a different texture. the only reason I mention this is because the G3 model is a modified version of the MSG-90 model on HL MP5 anims.
