A story from the huge world, that described one famous university professor. Can't tell you much now. Don't really know how much content I'll create, because it takes a lot of time. P.S And espesially for Warner Bros. inc. - you guys really should rethink your relations with moddevs, free mods that covers the story of Middle Earth, positively affect the interest to all YOUR products that have any connection with Middle Earth and LOTR, instead of counteracting you should support such free mods as Merp. Just saying.

I'm extremely excited about this new mod, but some things are just not clear for me now.
What part of Middle Earth will this mod cover?
MERP stopped because the skyrim map couldn't be made any bigger or something. How are you going to get rid of this problem?

Anyway, I wish you the best of luck!

The playable map can't be bigger then 4096x4096, thats in a quarter bigger than a Skyrim, maybe more. The map will cover a quad of Middle Earth with Moria and Lothlorien.
So, other Worldspaces with other parts of middle Earth could be build separatly. But I'll try to make patches (actually they are really big, Skyrim is not a small world) feel the whole.
About this worldspace - Moria is big, it should be about 9x5km in game, with different levels, different halls and chambers, watermills etc, so it should be itself a big world underground. Really big one. And more importantly looks like it is possible to make.

So does this mean we'll still be able to play in Skyrim? I know MERP was planning on a total conversion.

Almost finished the model of Balin's tomb. Huh, it is so small in the movie, looks like they really put the cameras to the corners of the chamber to make it feel bigger . But it is one of the greatest scenes in the movie, in my opinion, so I decided to model it exactly the same, to bring that feeling.
