Bloodpatch hardcore 2
May 2, 2009 Patch 2 commentsPlease The File in The Override Ordner, I have the Textures edites whit the D´jinni Editor and The Ermitter! The Mod have more Blood, better Color for...
Hello all together! After long and hard work I finally managed to sharpen the textures of "The Witcher"! The installer of my texture mod has a size of 1.39 GB. It contains revised textures of 1. Objects 2. Buildings 3. Walls 4. Animals 5. Minimaps 6. Terrain 7. Armour 8. FX (magic and other effects) 9. Ground Textures As graphic bugs are possible please make a screenshot and send me a message if you discover bugs. The same applies for any problems with the installer. Depending on the power of your system it is possible that the game will stutter significantly. As over 3000 textures were edited and enhanced in detail a DualCore 2 CPU is recommended at least to be able to play the mod properly! Have fun playing the mod! :) Pictures for The Bloodpatches Released!

I extracted the files for the Texture Mod, ran the .exe. Now after I ran the .exe I got a bunch of files. From what I read I need to put those files into an override folder, which I did.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\the witcher enhanced edition\Data
Now within the Data folder I added the override folder, and within the override folder I added the files that I got when I ran the .exe. So I ran the game and I did not see any visual difference, however I could be wrong. I also wanted to add the High - def character mod too, so I did the same thing. The Readme file that was attached to it, said to just put the individual files into the same override folder as the Texture mod, so when I did that almost all of the files were named the same so I said for it to just replace them, and then I ran the game and it still looked the same. So my question is, am I doing it right and how do I get both the texture mod and the High def character mod in?
I know its a long comment, but I asked the forum and they told me to post it here.
For anyone still having issues even with 1.5 not installed, you NEED the djinni adventure editor. I have the original EE with the DC.
ditto: is this for the original or will it improve the textures of the enhanced directors cut edition? thanks in advance

So I downloaded this + the patch + High res characters, all files are in "Over-ride"
And I get weird colors all over the screen, is this due to em loading a save, there some incompatibility?
Using the Good Ol' Games version.
This is due to incompatibility with Patch 1.5. Don't patch to version 1.5 but leave the game at version 1.4 and will work alright. Cost me a lot of time to find out :D
Any word on a fix?
Hey, did you ever get this fixed?
where is the link?
Thanks!
