Actually, MrtwovideoCards is right. It's supposed to be a broken tile decal. Anyway, Nice area. I love the pipes on the ceiling.
Right, I've checked it again and you guys seem to be right, those really are tiles:P

On that note it couldn't hurt to have some more texture artists on the team *cough* ;)
