What do you guys think could be improved on Hit & Run, were there any bugs you found annoying, or perhaps a flaw in the gameplay?

Gameplay changes such as textures, mission changes and car mechanics are the easiest changes, and therefore your suggestion will have a higher chance of being picked if it is one of those.
Only thing I can think of is that it got ridiculously difficult towards the end

First person view (some kind of camera hack?) would be nice. And more cartoon look (ala texture changes ripped from actual series or with shaders like ENB).
I tried first person view for vehicles, but due to Hit & Runs camera (which is like an action camera, it moves depending on how fast you're moving) it was problematic, I.E. the camera was going through the windscreen under braking and going behind the front seat under acceleration.
It's different on-foot, and i may be able to sort something out there, I'll also look into the car cameras again.
I'll look into the textures as well, I guess you mean something similar to the style that was in 'The Simpsons Game'?

Better mission timers for level 5, 6, and 7 along with less sensitivity or less traffic in the last 3 missions.
