Bad Idea, then It would (of course) require the Napoleonic Wars content to be installed, or else it would be copyright infringement.

Or doesn't want to get it, that **** is awesome.
It may surprise you to know that not everyone shares your tastes or has the money to get the expansion. Forcing people to buy an extra bit just so they can use a mod is a little unfair.
