this is what i meant in my earlier post. Neo's holding it in one hand. while in the Movie, its almost always two-handed wielding. Think u could do something about that?

I get your point, but it's a serious pain to get the hands perfect, due to the way the Max Payne skeleton is set up. The two handed moves in Katana were an absolute nightmare. :D

This particular move is actually two handed, but ends on one hand after the impact. Personally I like the way its turned out, but you have to see it moving, I guess.

Im not an expert, but it seems that the hands are part of the skeleton, what if you made them part of the weapon (the palms don't move a lot, so no need to animate the weapon or whatever), and then just connect the arms to the points, where they join with the hands?
