I'm working on a little mod where you start as Daniel and inherit an old House from your Granduncle Howard.
But in the Cellar you'll find more than expected...
My mod will include the following things:

- Scares (not to many)

- Big and detailed maps
- A House with inside and outside walls

Hello There
I'm sorry but i will not continue this mod for a longer time. At the moment i'm developing a Webinterface for Home Automation and need more time for this.

It turned out better then I thought, I really like that monster cam effect, use of creepy dramatic music near the end, and you did really well on the outside map.
Okay, personally, I really liked The Old House. So I think you should continue this one and start something new.
some cool scriptings, some nice things here and there,...
But the oil \ tinderboxes.............?
The whole cs didnt even need any lantern let's say oil..
i had over 15 oilpotions... and more then enough tinderboxes to set the half of africe on fire...
Not gonna rate this cause couldnt finish it. cellar part bugged out where the key is on the ground.. got stuck there.
Then the house.. that cellar key can;t been found anywhere... no hints whatsoever.
Overall looking good.

You are right. I definitely should do something about oil & tinderboxes because it's too much. I will collect bugs & wishes for a new release.
It's not bugged in the cellar because that door will be opened later from the other side.
You have to progress in the house. Did you read all notes and mixed chemicals in the house? After that the key can be found.

I liked this one a lot, but like others said it could use some polishing. Like the lighting was a bit awkward, overly generous with oil and all that, and some grammar issues with a few notes. Overall, it was a really nice story with unique elements. I hope you continue it.
