Fits better, BUT:
As you can see, there is still the problem that the Source Engine does not apply fog to the skybox (See: difference between prop and sky). So, I'd recommend using this one only when there is no fog on the map.
If you want to use this with fog, I recommend you to create a seperate skybox from this files and apply some fog on it.

Basically you'll have to make a skybox texture the exact same color (white) as your fog color(white) This way if the fog and skybox color are the same it will be one solid color. Producing A nice Fog that is all around you... instead of just showing up on props.

Basically you can see this effect on this screenshot very good. The prop get's whiter the further it is away, while the sky is blue, even if it's MUCH further away from the player.
