Tedrich was not a remarkable boy. In fact by most standards he was rather underwhelming. The only thing that made him truly unique was the horrible dreams that plagued him night after night. Every time he shut his eyes he was faced with the most terrifying events one can imagine. But what makes Tedrich's case particularly interesting is that he could not simply wake up from his nightmares. The only way to escape was to fight his way towards the deepest darkest part of his subconscious and defeat the terrors that make him fear the night.

Its been about a year since I've posted and update. Sadly I can't say that I've gotten much work done on the mod. I was working at Crystal Dynamics for about half that time and I now have a sweet job at Infinity Ward working on Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3. Unfortunately after a full day of doing level design at work, it is hard to find time or motivation to work on my own projects. So until further notice development of The Nightmare Chronicles will be on hiatus. I do have plans to eventually finish the game. It has been a labor of love and I would feel terrible just abandoning the project. Someday Tedrich will be able to fight through his nightmares with you, I just don't know when that will be.
According to ModDB this was updated 13 hours ago.. with what?
new audio, if you are watching this mod it should tell you exactly what is updated and give you a link from your updates page.
Audio gets lumped under the video category if you are looking for it.

Oh cheers. It's good. But what is the boss fight?
Its a secret!
I know! It's me, right? You're supposed to fight me. That, or some nightmare monster.
P.S. Can't wait for the release :)
Darn how did you know!
*waits to see what the update is*
Is the gears level the same one as the pirate level?
Nope, pirates don't use gears silly :P
It's just they were on the same press release...
At least that means there are more levels!
