Description
So I was mopping up the rock country in instant action and I came across this.....

If the art style "Cell Shading" was implemented into this it would definitely give it a more anime look to it. That is how I believe they do it in the Naruto Storm Games. However Cell Shading can be really tricky and idk if it CAN be implemented into this.
