After some time without releasing news, we come with a little gift for all of you: a new video showing in-game footage. In concrete, a new VGUI menu system that adds three revolutionary functionalities:
- Keycode panels. Open locked doors by typing a security code in these panels. Short ones are easy to remember, but what about 12 digits long codes?
- Diaries system, just like the ones you saw in the Resident Evil games. With them, you can show the player a wide variety of info, divided in browseable pages and with background images.
- Computer simulation system. Under the name of Umbrella A.R.I.E.S. OS v1.3, there is a fully functional computer terminal simulation done in VGUI. Login with a valid username and password and do the same things you would do with your own computer, like reading texts, seeing images and triggering external events (opening doors, switching on lights).
