This mod for Alexander Total War is set in the Lord of the Rings theme based on the works of Tolkien and Movies of Peter Jackson. It features all new factions, units, menus, music and much more! Custom heroes, movie likeness units. In the 2.0 release there will be a campaign map and quite possibly custom buildings but not custom cities like Minas Tirith YET. And a special for 1.1c is The Battle of the Last Alliance with the Elves, Numenoreans and Sauron's armies! Check out our website and forums for there you can get all the information you want!

The Dunlendings will offer a unique gameplay among the factions in LOTR-TW. They cannot produce good units but are very cheap to build and maintain. You won't have to worry about economy. Instead, you must be opportunists: by picking off weakened settlements and take over a town with an armory, which you can use to produce your good units.

In the first pic is the basic and only Dunlendings you can produce in your original settlements, the Warband and Scouts. Take over a Rohirrim town with an Armory, and you can produce those in the 2nd pic.Take over a town with an Urukhai Armory, you'd get to make the ones in the last picture, and so on and on.
