Try to be consistent with your model bases. You've got some HD and even SD model hacks for the zombies, yet this is clearly based on the LD scientist model.
Otherwise, this isn't bad, but I'm guessing you used Milkshape 3D because your textures have shifted over giving them all odd faces. You should realign them. ;)
