Nice job! Would prefer it to be a bit darker, though.

Yes I too, maybe I can get this done by adding more trees around the area.

I'd make it really thick to the point that there is only some sections you can walk through. At the moment it doesn't have that deep dark mystery about it, plus it doesn't have enough tree's to be classed as woods.

I will give my best to give you all the dark mystery woods. At the moment this is only a concept. Maybe i too need to play with the weather, because only spaming this with trees wont make it mutch darker, and I need to place erverywhere some kind of fog.

That's a great idea. I remember seeing something likewise in the Oblivion mod Nehrim, it has a typical dark forest location too; maybe you could check it out for inspiration. In my personal opinion, what makes a dark fantasy forest dark is that the nature seems just *somewhat* off as opposed to a normal forest. Mushrooms are bigger than they should be, and give off a bleak, almost ghostly light. Trees are dense and very branchy, almost arm-like. There's no creatures to be seen, no bird song to be heard, and what sounds there are can't really be traced back to a certain species of creature. The only sounds are creepy skittering noises and bushes rattling such. What little nightsky you can see in between the trees is a strange dark blue/purple, dark blue/green hue or northern lights style. In some settings, having it rain constantly is beautiful too.

Well, that's just how I see it. I'll be honest I don't know anything about the real Lost Woods, these are just standard haunted forest ideas I had. In all, great job with what you're doing so far, I love it!
