is amazing but* whats holding the ship together? maybe add some energy coils or some structure that indicates a connection around the middle area. just my opinion.
In the final version there will be a black hole in the center... which is both a weapon and what's holding it all together.
Good god, that black hole is going to be larger than most frigates...

Holy Christ. That's bigger than the Citadel from Mass Effect, and I thought that was huge... If I ever see one of these things I'm not even gonna try to attack it.
If we estimate that the typical SoaSE capital ship is about 5 miles long, then that thing is at least 50 miles in diameter! That is quite a bit bigger than even the ME citadel.
Its a massive 5 armed ship, each arm is 3 or 4 times larger then an average capital ship, Held together and powered by an artificial black hole with the power to wipe out everything in the area around it.
Every time I repeat that in my head it just sound even more awesome then the last time.
Not bad, but it's no match for a solar-powered golf buggy.
