The Last Stand is an addon project for the Sins of a Solar Empire, aiming to provide additional and original content, depth and challenge to the game, including three new races, new gameplay elements and tactical gadgets such as mines, interdiction abilities, deployable starbases, new ship classes and more.

This latest version of the popular mini-mod adds completely new explosion effects for all three existing factions, plus a reworked and optimized particle system for increased performance during heavy battles. See readme.txt for more info. Compatible with SoaSE 1.181 and Entrenchment 1.41

It has been optimized to increase performance in heavy battles, you have new and separate explosion effects for all three races and new explosion sounds, and I removed the bodies from spilling into space on ciritical hits - they just float around after a ship is destroyed.

I've got a little problem with it. When I run the mod in entrenchment using the entrenchment version the planets and stations disappear and all i get is a sort of haze where they should be, plz help!

Are you running Entrenchment 1.5? I have the same problem, And that is probably why.

Same here , running Entrenchment 1.5 and everything from planets to asteroids and structures are "invisible" except ships and suns. ManSh00ter could you make a version of the mod for 1.5 ?
One more thing, this whole project really rocks, good job so far ManSh00ter , your the best :)

Cant wait to play the mod when its done :D

i'm running the vanilla sins v1.19. i don't have any graphical problem, the game just crashes on start up when the mod is in the "mods" directory

I have 1.42 versio, it comes right when I download it from my trinity CD, which should be same as 1.41 and it still doesnt work... all planets and ships except suns go invisible..........

can you repair that because I dont wanna play this game with some teeny-weeny stardock games effects without balls -.-

If you have problems with see-through planets, you can try deleting the PipelineEffect folder in your mod installation folder (NOT the main game folder), it helped in some cases.
