By "Final version", does that mean you won't even be doing bugfixes for this verision of the mod, or is it simply that it will not go with any more content?

for some reason when I try installing your mod the destination folder is H:\LOTRBF~1 which I have installed my BFME2 in H drive and under its own folder but im confused shouldn't the mod be installed in my BFME2 folder or not? also do I need 1.0 version before installing this version?
Installation directory is your BFME2 folder. Version of the game must be 1.06.
do I install the online stuff as well inside the BFME2 folder?

I actually got the DL to work after my sixth try...And I love the mod. My only complaint is that, while it works one the first lvl of Good Campaign campaign, the Second lvl is incompleteable due to a bug where the watch tower expansion will not build...Oh and the resources and everything don't show up.
Campaigns aren't supported in the mod.

You must run .exe-file (in any directory) and then installator chooses the right installation directory automatically.
If chosen directory isn't correct, you can try to change it on yours.

You must install 1.06 patch for the game (BFME2). This error shows because the mod requires 1.06, but your game is 1.0

How can i set it up for all users, i see it uses "-mod lasthopeasset_scarlet.big" command line how can i add that big file to the main folder , dropping it in does not work ( get mmissing ini in faction list) so what is the trick ?.i want to make it just all one folder ala stand alone so all users can just run the lotrbfme2.exe file without worrying about extra parameters, like other mods do.
I have seperate copys of the full game for each different mod.
No mucking around for the kids switching mods off etc...

It's not. It's full English version on ModDB. Probably you downloaded the mod from another sources (links for English version are available only on ModDB and Revora Forum).
