Will they be mercenaries proper only, or can they be recruited?
Well, there will be available in three different ways:
1. As 'normal' mercenary
2. As mercenary unit for your Condottiere Captain
3. As AoR Unit for some parts in Italy
So, yes, they can be recruited :)
