Description
This image shows a public water pump and basin of the kind found throughout the Ilsamir territories. Such pumps are to be found on every corner of Ilsamir towns and are constructed and maintained by the authorities.
I am currently researching the technological status of hand-pumps like this; they may yet prove too advanced for the other aspects of Ilsamir culture.
