The smoothing groups on the weapon look incorrect, You might also want to post some level design sketches so we can see what you are working towards.
Also play your map in multiplayer with a friend and see if the scale is awkard when people are walking inside the building.
Yes, the model is still a WIP and he admitted he needs to fox the smoothing groups. We will test in multiplayer and fix accordingly.
