Wow, this looks very nice, except for maybe those overhead pipes. Other than that, well done :D
I would also like to add that the plants in the center look out of place.

It looks okay at first glance, but those overhead pipes are like something from a Combine citadel, and they're out of place. Those plants could be placed more effectively, too. There should be fewer of them, and they should be spread around. The metal fence sticking out of the debris looks pretty weird, too.
One last thing: Improve the debris a bit! The displacements with Half-Life 2 textures look slightly crappy.
