The media release for the beginning of june went quite well. A lot of good feedback was received and some ideas were sent in. Thanks to everyone for that! We really appreciate it. A good community makes the modding a whole lot more fun than it already is!
So, now we have got some more, smaller updates, following yesterday's media release. Enjoy!
Our PHP website is coming along very nicely and the base structure is done, as well as a fair share of the graphics. We are currently working on finishing the graphics front and going over the functionality of features of the website to minimize any and all bugs that we come across. If you would like to see a sneak preview, you can sign up at our Forums, as we will be releasing a first-look of the website within the next few days.
We also would like to use this chance to welcome our latest addition to the team, TheRambo. He will be leading the sound department and has already begun work on some wicked sounds and music for the mod, which we are likely to release on our future website, once they are completed. TheRambo will try to create very fitting, macabre and scary music to the menu, as well as the maps of The Forgotten. So, be sure to check back regularly, so you won?t miss his amazing work.
On other news, we sadly had to say our farewells to one of our talented mappers, Rick, who departed from the team early of last month. This brings me to the next point for this update. We are now accepting applications for additional members to the team, including mappers, modelers, as well as programmers.
